一 |     Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan shared a heartfelt message for cricketer Andre Russell after he announced his retirement as a player from the Indian Premier League. Russell, who has been one of the most loved players of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), posted a video on social media on Sunday, confirming his decision to step away from playing. His announcement left fans emotional, but it also marked the beginning of a new chapter for him within the same team.     Soon after Andre Russell shared his retirement video, Shah Rukh Khan responded with a touching note filled with respect, love, and admiration. Russell, who has been associated with KKR for several years, will now take up a different role as the team’s power coach.     Shah Rukh wrote, “Thank you for the wonderful memories, Andre. Our Knight in shining armour!!! Your contribution to @KKRiders is one for the books…”          He continued to praise the all-rounder for the energy and passion he brought to the field, calling him a key part of the team’s identity. While the cricketer was released by KKR recently after a dip in performance numbers, he still remains one of the most impactful players in IPL history. Fans warmly call him “Muscle Russell” for his powerful batting and unforgettable match-winning moments.     Meanwhile, Shah Rukh was last seen in the films Pathaan, Jawan and Dunki. He also made a cameo in his son Aryan Khan’s debut series The Ba*ds of Bollywood”**.
